Early arrival and late departure are often possible and are confirmed the day before, depending on the next booking. Luggage can be left at the property in the meantime. - **Is there a minimum stay?** Most villas ask for a minimum of five nights, and some accept three. Shorter stays are sometimes possible outside peak weeks — ask and we will check the calendar for you. - **Is there a security deposit?** Yes. A refundable security deposit is taken before arrival through a secure payment link and returned within 7 working days of check-out once the property has been inspected. The amount is stated on your booking confirmation. Payment, cancellation and house rules are set out in full in our booking policy. - **What is the eco-tax?** Malta charges an environmental contribution on all tourist accommodation, calculated per adult per night and capped per stay. It is collected together with the deposit before arrival so there is nothing to pay on the day. - **Can we host a gathering at the villa?** Small gatherings are welcome at most villas within the property's quiet hours and maximum occupancy.
