Every property in the collection is prepared by the same housekeeping team, checked by the same inspectors and answered by the same concierge line. That is the whole idea: one standard, wherever on the island you wake up.

01 Boutique hotel
A harbour-front boutique hotel inside the capital's walls: twenty-three rooms over the water and a rooftop pool looking across the Grand Harbour, minutes on foot from everything Valletta has to offer.
02 Boutique hotel
Twenty-four rooms at the water's edge on Kalkara creek, looking straight across the Grand Harbour at Valletta, with a rooftop pool and a small ground-floor restaurant on the quay.
03 Boutique hotel
Twenty-eight rooms on the promenade of Malta's fishing village, looking over the harbour and its painted luzzu boats, with a rooftop pool and the Sunday market and fish restaurants a few steps from the door.
04 Private villa
A new-build private villa on the Madliena ridge, joining Villa Kampanella above the coast: the most private address in the collection, designed for the largest groups and the longest views.

Practical info
The questions we answer most. Anything else, the concierge line is open around the clock.
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early arrival and late departure are often possible and are confirmed the day before, depending on the next booking. Luggage can be left at the property in the meantime.
Most villas ask for a minimum of five nights, and some accept three. Shorter stays are sometimes possible outside peak weeks — ask and we will check the calendar for you.
Yes. A refundable security deposit is taken before arrival through a secure payment link and returned within 7 working days of check-out once the property has been inspected. The amount is stated on your booking confirmation. Payment, cancellation and house rules are set out in full in our booking policy.
Malta charges an environmental contribution on all tourist accommodation, calculated per adult per night and capped per stay. It is collected together with the deposit before arrival so there is nothing to pay on the day.
Small gatherings are welcome at most villas within the property's quiet hours and maximum occupancy. Tell us when you book and we will confirm what is possible at that address. Events beyond the house rules need written approval in advance.
Accommodation, utilities, linen and towels, Wi-Fi, a welcome clean and the 24/7 concierge line. Pools are serviced throughout your stay. Pool heating, mid-stay cleaning, transfers and chef services are quoted separately.
